Monday, May 31, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. American Legion Post #218 and its Auxiliary will host their Memorial Day Ceremony at Tom Johnson Memorial Park by the flag pole on Mill Street. Please plan to bring your own chair.
The Thorntown Heritage Museum will be open and you are invited to visit between the hours of 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Tours are available or explore on your own. Bottled water will be available. Masks are recommended but not required.
Memorial Day is opening day for the museum’s summer schedule. They will be open on Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m. Visitors that would like to visit the museum at another time and day may contact the Library at 765-436-7348 to schedule an appointment for a free tour. We hope to see you soon!
